I haven’t posted much this week but it is not because I have been remiss to write. Rather I’ve spent the last few days travelling and in transit between airports, having made my way from a hot and humid Vietnam to subzero temperatures and whiteout conditions in Northern Japan (the night we arrived it was a frigid -24 C / -12 F).
As the end of the year approaches, I have had an opportunity for great pause and reflection. My life has been a process of constant unearthing over the last few months. It has not been easy but I have approached it with as much grace and patience as I have been capable of. Some days have been better than others. I am grateful to my family for holding space for me as I go through this process.
The challenges I am faced with can be summed up in the following question:
How does one flow when one’s life feels like it has become totally stagnant?
